Jenny Hahn leads talent at PSL, partnering with founders to recruit CEOs, CTOs, and foundational hires across the portfolio. She also oversees PSL’s talent brand and community initiatives, bringing together builders and future founders in the Seattle tech ecosystem.

A seasoned recruiting and people operations leader, Jenny has spent nearly two decades hiring executive and engineering talent at Microsoft, Amazon, Twitch, Facebook, and Niantic. She has built and led global recruiting teams across the U.S., EMEA, and APAC, with deep expertise in engineering and product leadership hiring.

A proud Seattle native and University of Washington alum, Jenny holds a B.A. in American Ethnic Studies and Diversity. When she’s not connecting with top entrepreneurial talent, you can find her traveling in search of the next great restaurant, following F1, out at the theater, or trying to break 80 on the golf course.
